Having the Cairo International Hostel Downtown as our base in Cairo was a fantastic decision. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The spacious rooms were a welcome retreat after a day of exploring nearby archaeological sites, like the Mosque of Ibn Tulun and the Mosque of Mohamed Ali Pasha. With around the clock guidance available in Arabic and English, we felt well-supported throughout our stay.The central location of the hostel made it convenient to access popular points of interest, such as the Egyptian Museum and Al-Azhar Mosque. The comfortable rooms, equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and free WiFi, provided a cozy haven to relax in. The continental breakfast was a delightful start to each day, and the staff's attention to detail, from housekeeping to providing fresh towels, ensured a pleasant experience. The option of a paid airport shuttle made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The hostel's welcoming atmosphere and the shared common areas made it easy to connect with other travelers. Cairo International Hostel Downtown exceeded our expectations and made our visit to Cairo truly memorable. We will definitely be returning on our next adventure in the Middle East.
